For each of the allied nations—United States, Great Britain, USSR, Germany, and Japan—you will undoubtedly command a pilot and squadron leader of an elite air force, trained for the most dangerous and pivotal missions capable of shifting the course of the war. In Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight, you pilot more than 50 historical aircraft, ranging from classic fighters to light and heavy bombers. The Spitfire, P-51, Cyclone, Lancaster, Il-2 "Shturmovik," La-5FN, Ju-87 "Stuka," Fw 200 "Condor," and B-17 "Flying Fortress" are just a few of the impressive machines you can fly, customize, and upgrade. Gather a fleet of top pilots and train them to support you on the most perilous operations. If you crave extra adrenaline, you can tackle objectives solo and dominate the skies. Expand your base by building additional hangars and facilities for your crew. Secure it by erecting anti-aircraft guns and barrage balloons. Hone your management skills to reduce costs, run your operation more effectively, and become the ultimate squadron commander.
