How the games are published
Games hosted on this site are supplied by their developers and are embedded under the distribution rights granted by the game networks we partner with. We do not host unauthorised copies of commercial games and we do not claim ownership of any game.
Filing a copyright complaint
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- the name of the copyright owner and, if different, the name of the person authorised to act on its behalf;
- a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the exact URL of the page on PigGame.cc that contains the material in question;
- your contact details (email address and, if available, telephone number);
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.

What we do with a notice
On receiving a complete notice we review it and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the material and notify the party that supplied it. We may also terminate repeat infringers where applicable.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your region.
Trademarks and other rights
Game titles, logos and brand names shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games. Concerns about trademarks, publicity rights or other rights can be sent to the same address.
