American Football Card Match

American Football Card Match is commonly called just "football" in the United States and Canada, while also being recognized as "gridiron football" or simply "gridiron." This sport features two teams of eleven players competing on a rectangular field with goalposts positioned at both ends. The offense, holding possession of the oval-shaped ball, works to move forward by carrying or throwing it, whereas the defense, lacking possession, strives to halt their progress and seize the ball. To keep possession, the offense must gain a minimum of ten yards within four downs, or plays; failing this results in turning the ball over to the other team, while success grants them a fresh set of four downs. Scoring mainly involves moving the ball into the opponent's end zone for a touchdown or kicking it through their goalposts for a field goal. The team leading in points when the game concludes is declared the winner.
