Dogs3D Races

►Dogs3D Races is greyhound racing. In recent years, greyhound racing has lost popularity in many regions. Worries regarding the care of the dogs and a general decline in interest for racing have worked together to sharply reduce the number of events available in certain markets, while wiping out the activity entirely in others. But what if you could savor the thrill of a high-speed greyhound race without any of the concerns that arise when the well-being of live animals is involved? That is the premise behind virtual racing titles, like Dogs 3D by InBet. In this title, you can experience a day at the track without ever leaving your home, as all the action is simulated directly on your display. ►And They’re Off! The game’s concept is straightforward: every few minutes, a new contest occurs between six computer-generated dogs. Players can place various wagers before the start on which greyhounds will win or finish high, then observe a digitally generated race unfold right before them. Upon first entering the game, you’ll encounter an interface that provides all the data needed to stake your bets. The biggest section of the screen is reserved for displaying the odds of the different wagers available. At the top, you’ll see the remaining time until the next event: each match runs on a fixed schedule, with roughly two minutes between the conclusion of one race and the start of the next. On the right side of the screen, you can review a record of recent outcomes, showing the first, second, and third place finishers from the last several races. A stats tab also lets players view which greyhounds have performed well recently and which have been underperforming. Naturally, the capabilities of the dogs (and their corresponding odds) change from race to race, but this remains all the information required if you wish to monitor trends over a session. Perhaps the most critical part of the layout is in the upper right corner, where you watch the races happen. Once a race starts, you can click here to expand the computer-generated action to full screen, then cheer for your selected contestants throughout the entire lap around the course. ►Win, Place, and Show While this game doesn’t provide quite as many wager types as many real racetracks, there is still much to explore, particularly if you are new to this genre. The basic bets are actually found on the right, where all six runners are listed. Beside them are three potential wagers: one for predicting the dog will take first place (also called a win bet), one predicting a runner will land in the top two (place), and finally a bet that your pick will finish somewhere in the top three (show). All wagers here and elsewhere in the game are shown in decimal format. This means the displayed number represents what you will receive – relative to your stake – including your original bet. For example, if you win at odds of 2.50, you get your initial stake back (1 unit) plus an additional 1.5 units in profit. Players are free to combine any bets they desire, with no restrictions. On the left side of the betting interface, you’ll find an option to wager on which greyhounds will finish in first and second spots, in that precise order. This is referred to in the racing world as an exacta bet. Because this is a harder task than simply selecting a winner, these exactas typically offer significantly higher payouts.
