Galala

Galala is an infinite space shooter crafted in the style of classic arcade shmups, requiring you to study enemy patterns instead of relying on raw power. Alien groups enter in compact formations, hold their ground, then split up and swoop down at you via curved trajectories, creating threats from unexpected directions. Defeating them yields upgrades that significantly alter your gameplay: twin cannons broaden your coverage, a piercing laser slices through entire rows, and mega bombs wipe the screen during crises. A massive boss emerges every third level, featuring a unique health bar and specific attack sequences that must be analyzed rather than evaded. The mechanic that surprises many newcomers is the tractor beam, which can drag your ship away completely; destroy the captor to escape, returning as a dual fighter with twice the firepower. Since runs conclude when you fall, pursuing high scores becomes the true long-term goal. Available for free in browsers on both desktop and mobile devices.
