Hot Barrel Cats Game Introduction

Hot Barrel Cats is a cat-themed defense game with a heat-based mechanic. A swarm of fungi called the Mildews marches down the path toward your gate, but only cats placed on the wall can shoot. Every shot increases a cat's temperature; when its burn timer runs out, it locks up and stops firing until it cools off. Drag overheated cats to the spawn zone to reduce their heat, place new ones at the top, and merge two matching cats to boost them to a higher level. Because a merged cat starts fully cooled, merging acts as both an upgrade and a way to reset heat. Game details: single-player play, 16 well-balanced levels that award 1-3 stars each, compatible with landscape and portrait modes on desktop and mobile. Levels: boss fights appear in stages 8, 12, and 16 - Big Puffball, Shelf Cap, and Spore Mother - where each one attacks your heat instead of your health. Characters: 15 tiers of barrel-carrying cats battle 5 types of Mildew. Between waves, spend coins in the cafe for upgrades, grab daily rewards, and unlock achievements.
