📋 How to Play Lineo

Tap or click a line tile to pick it, then continue tapping tiles of the matching line type to link them. Scoring requires three or more in sequence. Combining different types ends the chain, so verify the shape before you proceed. With no time limit, survey the entire board first on busy levels.

Lineo Game Introduction

Lineo reimagines the classic match-3 as a shape-matching puzzle: rather than swapping fruit or gems, you connect three or more tiles that share the same line type. Straight bars, spirals, angled hooks and other line shapes are all mixed together on the board, and clearing a matching set of three or more earns points. The challenge is that lines can be easily confused at first glance, so much of the skill lies in slowing down and scanning for a true triplet before you click. Boards begin readable, then pack the same shapes closer together so quick glances become less reliable. Runs are short and untimed, making it a comfortable choice for a two-minute break or for warming up before a longer session. If you prefer calm pattern-spotting puzzles over frantic swapping, this one suits you well. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile with no download and no account required.

Is Lineo Free to Play?
