SAMURAI II: VENGEANCE‏

SAMURAI II: VENGEANCE‏ takes Daisuke on a revenge mission through the battle-damaged countryside. From a coastal village to an airborne fortress to the fabled Isle of the Dead, the samurai will spare no effort to track down his nemesis Orochi. Will he achieve Vengeance? The highly anticipated follow-up to Samurai: Way of the Warrior! While the first game was praised for its stylized manga visuals and fast, bloody combat, Samurai II offers increased action and a more intuitive control system. As a genuine successor, it benefits from over a year of dedicated development. High production quality and brutal combat place Samurai II alongside console 3D fighters. Screenshots fail to capture the essence of Samurai II – the smooth gameplay must be viewed at 60 frames per second. However, visuals alone don't make a game – the creators heeded fan input and refined the gameplay in many areas. Featuring a new virtual d-pad, dynamic camera, environmental puzzles, traps, and fierce new foes, Samurai II is a fresh experience for hack 'n' slash players on the move.
