The Last ruin

The Last Ruin is a pixel art platformer and adventure game that tells the story of a brave knight determined to rescue his princess. To do so, he must jump through various levels, battle bosses, and achieve the highest possible scores to unlock new stages. To play, simply tap the area of the screen where you want to move the character; for instance, tapping the right side of your screen will make him move right. The controls are very straightforward, but it takes skill to complete the game and finish the story. Levels are only unlocked by achieving better scores, with no in-app purchases available, meaning the entire game can be completed for free. The levels are randomly generated and endless. The graphical style is pixel art, giving the game the look of a retro platformer similar to 8 or 16-bit titles. The beginning of the game is fairly simple and fun, but it becomes more challenging later on with the scoring system and multiple bosses that feature very different gameplay.
